Dexis Consulting Group is seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter to provide support to USAID's institutional support programs. This role will involve leading strategic recruitment, developing recruitment pipelines, and implementing a responsive and ready recruitment process.
This position requires a deep understanding of project execution for USAID and the full cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have experience balancing a large number of open positions across multiple offices and disciplines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Participate in weekly corporate level recruitment meetings to align with project goals.
- Support positioning for new business opportunities by developing and enhancing relationships with hiring managers and their teams.
- Cross-share top candidates with other recruiters and project managers to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for project positions, ensuring timely filling of positions.
- Source passive candidates and generate new leads through creative sourcing methods.
- Identify, screen, interview, and recommend candidates for current positions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with USAID POCs and a strategic pipeline of candidates across all PSE HUB areas.
- Support in development of job descriptions with USAID POCs as needed.
- Maintain project pre-contracted bull-pen and STTA consultant roster.
- Develop and post position advertisements to attract top talent.
- Arrange interviews and serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare and negotiate offers to secure top candidates.
- Collaborate with internal clients to finalize candidate selections by preparing and supplying vetted candidates and advising clients on best practices.
- Aggregate regular data on recruitment timelines for internal and external reporting.
- Maintain compliance with EEO and OFCCP regulations.
- Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year accredited College/University.
- At least 7+ years of experience in Corporate Recruiting – full life cycle, research, sourcing, screening, interview set up, and offer negotiation.
- At least 1+ year experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while developing and enhancing excellent working relationships with those managers and their teams.
- Informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques that enable best-in-class recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
- Committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility as core tenets to attract, recruit, hire, and retain talent.
