We are excited to present an exceptional opportunity to become a part of the Unsolicited Solutions for Locally Led Development Program (US4LLD) in the role of Program Analyst for Mission Support (PAMS). In this capacity, you will be instrumental in delivering both technical and administrative assistance to USAID Missions focused on locally led development initiatives, operating within the Local, Faith, and Transformative Partnerships Hub (LFT) in USAID's Bureau for Inclusive Growth, Partnerships, and Innovation (IPI).

Position Overview:

  • Provide direct technical support and guidance to USAID Mission teams engaged in locally led development projects.
  • Enhance the global learning and advancement of the US4LLD Program.
  • Opportunity for international travel of up to 10-15%.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in locally led development methodologies.
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree complemented by relevant professional experience.
  • Capability to secure a USAID Facilities Access Clearance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in low or middle-income countries is preferred.
