We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Advisor to join our team at Dexis Consulting Group. As a key member of our Development Finance Partnerships Unit, you will play a critical role in supporting the U.S. Agency for International Development's (USAID) Private Sector Engagement Modernization Contract (PSEMC).
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth financial analyses of loan and/or guarantee proposals to determine their feasibility.
- Perform comprehensive analyses of proposed business ventures, financial statements, and country-related macroeconomic and microeconomic risks.
- Liaise with key stakeholders on loan and/or guarantee terms, including collateral security and completion support, and policy requirements.
- Prepare recommendations and required papers and correspondence, presenting loan and/or guarantee proposals to various interagency stakeholders.
- Provide expertise on development finance and implementing transactions and/or programs leading to development outcomes.
- Master's degree in a relevant field and 8 years of experience applying expertise through extensive knowledge and experience, OR Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of financial markets, debt management, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated experience providing strategic guidance to senior-level leaders.
- Senior-level knowledge of finance, economics, and international relations to ensure efficiency of programming.
- Experience developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
- Experience with resource and budget planning and management.
- Previous banking experience.
- Ability to attain and maintain a Secret-level clearance.
- Current holder of an active Secret-level security clearance is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience with Loan Guarantees.
The Dexis Consulting Group pay range for this role is $125,000—$140,000 USD.
