Front Desk Clerk

At Solari Enterprises, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk to join our team at New Hope Home, a senior affordable housing community. As a key member of our rental office, you will provide administrative support to our Community Manager and assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our community.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with answering telephones and providing excellent customer service to residents and visitors.
- Provide clerical support to the Site Manager, including sending and distributing faxes, photocopying documents, and assisting with opening mail.
- Apply postage to outgoing mail and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Work closely with the Community Manager to ensure the rental office runs efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 2 years of experience in a fast-paced administrative and customer service environment
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Valid California driver's license and proof of auto insurance
