Job Opportunity

At Solari Enterprises, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk to join our team at New Hope Home, a senior affordable housing community. As a key member of our rental office, you will provide administrative support to our Community Manager and assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our community.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with answering telephones and providing excellent customer service to residents and visitors.
  • Provide clerical support to the Site Manager, including sending and distributing faxes, photocopying documents, and assisting with opening mail.
  • Apply postage to outgoing mail and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Work closely with the Community Manager to ensure the rental office runs efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 2 years of experience in a fast-paced administrative and customer service environment
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and reliable
  • Valid California driver's license and proof of auto insurance
