Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator

Join Solari Enterprises, a leading property management company, as a Front Desk Coordinator. This role is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced administrative environment and provide exceptional customer service to our residents.

Job Summary:

The Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the rental office and the Community Manager. This includes answering telephones, providing clerical support, sending and distributing faxes, photocopying documents, and assisting with opening mail.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer telephones and provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors
  • Provide clerical support to the Site Manager, including data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks
  • Send and distribute faxes, as well as photocopy documents as requested
  • Assist the Site Manager with opening mail and applying postage to outgoing mail
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in a fast-paced administrative and customer service environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and reliable
  • Valid California driver's license and proof of auto insurance
