Position Overview:

Greenberg Traurig, a leading global law firm, is seeking a full-time Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing Department. This role is pivotal in advancing the firm's client engagement strategies and executing comprehensive business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with marketing team members, attorneys, and various departments to create tailored, client-focused responses to proposals and RFPs.
  • Lead the coordination of firmwide RFP responses, including facilitating kickoff meetings and strategy discussions.
  • Foster strong relationships with other business units that contribute to proposal development, such as Revenue Management and the Office of General Counsel.
  • Draft compelling executive summaries and customized proposal content.
  • Ensure all responses meet the specified requirements and uphold the firm's standards.
  • Maintain and update the firm's experience database with relevant information gathered during proposal processes.
  • Keep the proposal system's custom content current and relevant.
  • Work with the marketing intelligence team to conduct research and analysis on target markets and industry trends.
  • Monitor industry developments and best practices to inform proposal strategies.
  • Serve as a resource and mentor to colleagues, demonstrating a thorough understanding of departmental protocols.
  • Build and nurture relationships with attorneys and marketing professionals.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external clients.
  • Participate in additional projects as assigned.

Educational Background:

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Compensation and Benefits:
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000, with adjustments based on experience and job-related factors. Full-time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, comprehensive health insurance, and various other benefits.
