Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Territory Manager - Business Development to join our Surety team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and profitability in our assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive growth and profitability in assigned territories
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key agency partners and producers
  • Underwrite and manage complex surety accounts, ensuring profitability and compliance with company guidelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to agency partners and producers
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in surety underwriting and business development
  • Proven track record of driving growth and profitability in assigned territories
  • Strong relationships with key agency partners and producers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
