Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day HR operations, including performance management, workers compensation, leaves of absence, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service to employees, applicants, and administrative staff.">
  • Assist HR with queries related to benefits enrollment, claims, and policies.">
  • Liaise with benefit providers to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.">
  • Ensure company compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.">
  • 3-5 years of HR experience in a generalist role.">
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEO).">
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.">
  • Bilingual English and Spanish.">
