- Collaborate with corporate procurement leaders to leverage organizational volume for optimal value acquisition.
- Identify opportunities for profit enhancement beyond traditional sourcing, including demand management and process optimization.
- Drive initiatives that focus on value creation, encompassing growth, innovation, and risk mitigation.
- Implement strategic sourcing methodologies and evaluate supplier capabilities to identify potential new partners.
- Conduct detailed analysis of supplier proposals, facilitating a data-driven selection process.
- Prepare comprehensive business cases and financial models, including ROI and savings tracking.
- Analyze RFP responses and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure timely delivery of savings and realization of expected benefits for the organization.

Diversity and Sustainability:
- Support the organization's goals for supplier diversity and sustainability by increasing engagement with diverse suppliers across all categories.

Supplier Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders, managing performance and fostering new capabilities.
- Identify root causes of performance issues and collaborate with relevant parties for effective resolution.

Procurement Strategy:
- Implement and uphold procurement policies, ensuring compliance and promoting adoption across the organization.
- Utilize analytical tools to support procurement activities, including spend analysis and budget assessments.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as supply chain management, business, or STEM is required.
- Proven experience in procurement or related fields is essential.
