Field Sales Manager

Muncie Power Products Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Manager to join our team. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and selling fluid conveyance products to small and medium-sized OEM customers.
Key Responsibilities- Travel throughout a designated region to promote and sell fluid conveyance products
- Plan and schedule meetings with key accounts and targets
- Work closely with the customer service team and engineers to provide a world-class customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with competitor activities within the region
- Attend trade shows as needed
- Utilize company software and sales programs (CRM)
- Represent the company and its brand in a professional and positive manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Three plus years of demonstrated success in a remote sales role, targeting small and medium OEM customers with a history in hydraulic hose and fittings applications
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Ability to work well with a team and independently
- Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
