Job Summary

Muncie Power Products Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Manager to join our team. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and selling fluid conveyance products to small and medium-sized OEM customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel throughout a designated region to promote and sell fluid conveyance products
  • Plan and schedule meetings with key accounts and targets
  • Work closely with the customer service team and engineers to provide a world-class customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with competitor activities within the region
  • Attend trade shows as needed
  • Utilize company software and sales programs (CRM)
  • Represent the company and its brand in a professional and positive manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Three plus years of demonstrated success in a remote sales role, targeting small and medium OEM customers with a history in hydraulic hose and fittings applications
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
  • Ability to work well with a team and independently
  • Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
