Job Summary

Muncie Power Products Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Manager to join our team in the Snow & Ice Division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize market share with existing and prospective accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business for the Snow & Ice Division
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, including OEMs, truck upfitters, and end-users
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Technology Solutions Group to develop custom product offerings for customers
  • Work closely with local field sales managers to ensure adequate coverage of assigned markets
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to promote Muncie Power Products and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Provide training and support to customers as needed
  • Diagnose and resolve system issues for company products
  • Utilize company software and sales programs to manage sales activities and track performance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Knowledge of heavy truck equipment and/or municipal sales
  • Ability to understand abstract engineering and fluid power principles
  • Excellent computer and data analysis skills
  • Ability to create effective customer and company presentations and reports
  • Valid state driver's license
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel extensively
