As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering strategic consultation to neighborhood-based organizations. This position requires a deep understanding of the nonprofit sector, particularly in addressing community development, social equity, and place-based initiatives.

The successful candidate will combine strong project management skills with a passion for social impact and a deep understanding of the nonprofit landscape. They will work closely with clients to create actionable strategies that advance their mission, optimize resources, and enhance their community impact.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the Senior Relationship Manager for neighborhood-based organizations clients
  • Conducting in-depth analyses on organizational effectiveness, program evaluation, community engagement, and sustainability
  • Utilizing deep knowledge of the nonprofit sector to identify and deliver tailored solutions to meet the specific challenges and opportunities of neighborhood-based organizations
  • Leading and managing engagements focused on neighborhood-based organizations' clients, ensuring alignment with the client's mission and community objectives
