Associate Director, Alumni Engagement

With over 25,000 graduate students representing 130 nationalities from top MBA, law, policy, and STEM graduate programs and leadership programs, the itrek Network is a powerful platform for alumni to continue learning about and engaging with Israel.
The Associate Director will play a vital role in overseeing the programmatic calendar, including quarterly social and educational events and monthly networking initiatives, to improve alumni communication channels and grow tracking systems to inform strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Manage the design, recruitment, and facilitation of itrek Network programs and offerings, including educational, social, and professional development initiatives.
- Account Management: Build and strengthen connections with a portfolio of alumni, engaging them in leadership opportunities and collaborating with the Development team on fundraising from Alumni during the annual campaign.
- Programming: Create tools to support Alumni in leading local programs, curate content to provide educational resources for alumni, and collaborate with the Network and Programming teams to execute alumni programming at itrek's annual conference.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5 years of related experience in community engagement, program development, or marketing
- Strong creative, interpersonal, and communication skills, including excellent writing abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects involving diverse stakeholders
- Data-driven decision maker
- Comfortable with learning new technologies and implementing new systems; Salesforce experience a plus

- Ability to work in a team environment while pursuing individual assignments

Salary Range
$84,000 - $92,000; commensurate with experience
Work Environment
itrek is a hybrid work environment with a minimum of two days per week in the office.
