Role Overview:
In the capacity of a Customer Service Representative, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer service under the supervision of the Customer Service Manager. You will serve as the primary contact for all operational inquiries (excluding sales negotiations), aiming to provide an exceptional service experience.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries and calls with an emphasis on providing exemplary service (ensuring zero loss calls, minimal wait times, and maintaining a professional demeanor).
  • Address and resolve customer queries and issues utilizing Valeo's standard tools, ensuring prompt resolution and effective communication.
  • Engage proactively with key accounts to guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction.

Customer Administration Duties:

  • Oversee customer operations by confirming order compliance, managing order processing, handling returns, and maintaining customer databases.
  • Assist sales teams by supplying pertinent customer information and aiding in order management processes.

Process Improvement Responsibilities:

  • Encourage and facilitate the adoption of electronic and logistical services to enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with various departments to improve communication and deliver superior services.

Additional Responsibilities:
Your role may encompass other tasks related to customer relations, data maintenance, logistics, or sales administration as required. The scope of responsibilities is not exhaustive.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service is essential.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
