Job Summary

Shermeta Law Group, PLLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our attorneys and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and maintain various documents, including form and letter templates, and ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Communication: Respond to internal and external inquiries, and provide excellent customer service to clients and colleagues.
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including sorting, collating, copying, filing, and mailing of documents.
  • Team Support: Provide administrative support to our attorneys and staff, including preparing meeting materials, taking minutes, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work well in a team environment.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
