Role Overview:
In the capacity of a Customer Service Representative, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer support under the direction of the Customer Service Manager. You will serve as the main point of contact for all operational inquiries (excluding sales negotiations), striving to provide an outstanding service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and calls with a commitment to delivering exceptional service (ensuring zero loss calls, minimal wait times, and maintaining a professional demeanor).
- Address and resolve customer queries and issues using Valeo's standard tools, ensuring prompt communication and effective resolution.
- Engage proactively with key accounts to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Customer Administration Duties:
- Oversee customer operations by verifying order compliance, managing order processing, handling returns, and maintaining customer databases.
- Assist sales teams by providing pertinent customer information and supporting order management processes.
Process Improvement Responsibilities:
- Encourage and facilitate the adoption of electronic and logistic services to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with various departments to improve communication and deliver superior services.
Additional Responsibilities:
Your role may encompass other tasks related to customer relations, data maintenance, logistics, or sales administration as required. The scope of responsibilities is not exhaustive.
Essential Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service is essential.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
