**Job Summary**
As a Service Desk Analyst at Sentinel Technologies Inc., you will be responsible for providing Level 1 Onsite Support for all desktop hardware and software. Your duties will include troubleshooting and resolving moderate-scope hardware and software issues, delivering exceptional customer service to the entire organization, and participating in project-based work such as upgrades, installations, and other IT operational tasks.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide technical support for desktop hardware and software issues
- Deliver excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
- Participate in project-based work, including upgrades and installations
- Coordinate with resolution groups and vendors as needed
- Conduct follow-up to ensure satisfactory completion of service requests
