Position Summary:

As an Account Manager focusing on the interior design sector, you will be instrumental in driving sales of our premium outdoor furniture collections. Your role involves engaging with interior designers and architectural firms to deliver customized outdoor solutions that elevate their projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy: Identify and engage potential clients within the interior design industry. Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve and surpass revenue goals.
  2. Product Expertise: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our outdoor furniture offerings and stay updated on design trends and materials relevant to the industry.
  3. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in design firms. Conduct assessments to understand client needs and preferences for outdoor spaces.
  4. Customized Solutions: Collaborate with clients to create tailored outdoor furniture solutions that align with their design vision and enhance project appeal.
  5. Proposal and Negotiation: Prepare comprehensive proposals and presentations for clients. Negotiate terms and pricing to ensure mutual satisfaction and profitability.
  6. Team Collaboration: Work alongside internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services. Partner with marketing to develop targeted materials for the design sector.
  7. Market Insights: Conduct research on market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities and challenges within the outdoor furniture landscape.
  8. Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and strategic growth.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of outdoor design trends and furniture functionality.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to cultivate and sustain client relationships.
  • Experience in lead generation and sales processes is advantageous.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to address client objections effectively.
  • Experience in a lifestyle brand is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
