Job Overview

At Ledge Lounger Inc., we are seeking a dedicated Sales Development Representative focused on the hospitality industry. This role is essential in promoting our premium outdoor furniture products to hotels, resorts, restaurants, and other hospitality venues. Your mission will be to deliver customized outdoor furniture solutions that elevate the aesthetics and functionality of outdoor environments.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Business Development: Identify potential hospitality clients and develop strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue goals. Maintain a robust pipeline of leads within the hospitality sector.
  2. Product Expertise: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our outdoor furniture offerings and stay updated on industry trends and materials.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the hospitality sector. Conduct assessments to understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations.
  4. Customization and Solution Selling: Collaborate with clients to create bespoke outdoor furniture solutions that enhance guest experiences. Present product features and benefits effectively.
  5. Proposal Development and Negotiation: Prepare comprehensive proposals and negotiate terms with clients to ensure satisfaction and profitability.
  6. Collaboration: Work alongside internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of solutions. Partner with marketing to develop targeted materials for the hospitality sector.
  7. Market Research: Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights on opportunities and challenges.
  8. Reporting and Analysis: Keep accurate records of sales activities and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in outdoor furniture sales, particularly in the hospitality sector.
  • Strong knowledge of outdoor design trends and furniture functionality.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to foster strong client relationships.
  • Experience with cold calling and managing leads is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple leads and deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
