Customer Service / Sales:
  • Adopt the customer service model to establish connections with Customers, nurturing a sense of community and loyalty
  • Engage in store events to foster a celebratory atmosphere
  • Enthusiastically interact with Customers, sharing product insights, samples, and value propositions; discovering ways to pleasantly surprise them
  • Deliver exceptional customer service; respond to product inquiries; assist Customers in locating items
  • Acquaint yourself with educational materials and products prior to each event
  • Ensure all promotional materials such as signage, coupons, and recipe cards are prominently displayed to enhance customer engagement
  • Organize, execute, and conclude events, including setting up products, equipment, and marketing materials
  • Prepare products for demonstrations and tastings
  • Monitor daily sales reports and understand performance metrics
Food Safety / Sanitation:
  • Consistently comply with food safety regulations, state standards, and departmental SOPs
  • Attend mandatory food safety training sessions
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
  • Support fellow sales Partners and keep work areas organized
What qualifications do you need?

Must be at least 18 years old (mandatory) Previous experience in sales or customer service Demonstrated experience in product demonstration (preferred) Do you meet the criteria to be an H-E-B Product Demonstration Specialist?
  • Familiarity with sales or product demonstration (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service abilities
  • Capability to explain product ingredients and recipes to address Customers' dietary concerns
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting documents
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Flexibility to work varied hours
  • A deep-rooted passion for providing outstanding customer service and hospitality
