Company Overview: Premier Restoration Hawaii is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. Salary: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.

About the Job: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our fleet management program, including vehicle documentation, maintenance records, and registrations. You will also assist in the administration of our company's fleet management program, coordinate meetings, and maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory of fleet assets. In addition, you will perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, 2-3 years proven work experience as an administrative assistant, coordinator, or similar role, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. You should also have excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping, and exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
