Administrative Coordinator

Isei Consulting, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Secretary to provide high-level clerical support to an executive, director, or department head-level employee. The successful candidate will be responsible for various duties, from preparing reports to conducting research and collecting data.
Duties and Responsibilities- Provide high-level administrative support to an assigned executive or director-level employee.
- Collect requested data and information from various sources; prepare summaries of findings and/or other related written correspondence.
- Conduct research to assist with projects or inquiries.
- Coordinate and schedule travel, meetings, and appointments.
- Prepare agendas and schedules for meetings; take and distribute minutes.
- Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions.
- Welcome and direct visitors and clients.
- Answer and transfer phone calls, screening when necessary.
- Perform general clerical and secretarial duties, such as recordkeeping, managing petty cash, maintaining office supplies, and coordinating equipment maintenance.
- Handle packages and correspondence.
- Liaise with healthcare clients to understand their staffing or consulting needs.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of healthcare compliance policies.
- Manage healthcare client contracts and ensure compliance.
- Monitor healthcare industry trends, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Support the onboarding of healthcare personnel by collecting relevant documentation.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to schedule training and evaluations.
- Manage the secure storage and retrieval of sensitive healthcare client data.
- Collaborate for periodic audits, quality checks, and client satisfaction surveys.
- Support healthcare project initiatives and grant applications.
- Prepare and present reports on healthcare client metrics.
- Detail-oriented and professional.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of office equipment and clerical procedures.
- Ability to work independently and flexibly.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and compliance standards is an asset.
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Isei Consulting, LLC offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
