**About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Hospital Administrator and Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Kaiser Permanente in Honolulu, Hawaii. As a key member of our hospital operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care services while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Oversee hospital administrative daily operations, ensuring accessible, appropriate, patient-focused, and cost-effective services.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to support organizational goals and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with administrative and medical teams to ensure timely, quality care and safe hospital operations.

**Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of two years of acute care experience, including experience or successful completion of training in area of specialty.
  • A Bachelor's degree in nursing or RN with three years of nursing leadership and/or charge nurse experience.
  • Registered Nurse License (Hawaii) required at hire.

**Estimated Salary:** $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
