Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide support for our Ho'omāka'ika'i Summer Program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and office support for the summer school program.
  • Assist with registration process for students, including but not limited to: registration, filling waitlist, mailouts, fee collection, withdrawals, etc.
  • Serve as office manager for an assigned unit during the summer session.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and complex projects, meet competing deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to interact effectively with various levels within and outside of Kamehameha Schools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Sundays.

Compensation:
Estimated salary: $20/hour.
