Position: Property Manager

Overview:

Location: Washington, DC

Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $90,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of the property to ensure its success.
  • Uphold and enhance property standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents.
  • Facilitate tenant relations and engagement.
  • Oversee leasing and marketing strategies.
  • Supervise maintenance and property inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Handle budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Lead and train the property management team.
  • Work towards increasing occupancy rates and reducing delinquency.
  • Oversee the office and leasing team.

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in residential property management.
  • Must possess a valid DC Property Manager license.
  • Tax Credit Specialist Certification is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Experience with Excel, Word, and Yardi software.
  • Availability for occasional weekend work.
