Your Role:
As our Community Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the living experience for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents in finding their ideal homes
  • Overseeing and mentoring property staff
  • Enforcing community guidelines and standards
  • Conducting regular property inspections
  • Fostering a positive community atmosphere

To Succeed in This Position:
We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Experience in Manufactured Housing or Property Management
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • The ability to make informed decisions in high-pressure situations
  • Willingness to reside on-site
  • A keen eye for identifying areas of improvement and proposing effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency and profitability

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with NetSuite/Manage America
- Knowledge of manufactured housing
