Job Summary

**Job Description**

The Member Services Representative – Member Engagement is a key role within California Credit Union, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our members. This position requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Support: Provide prompt and accurate information to members regarding their accounts, credit union products, and services.
  • Product and Service Promotion: Offer and cross-sell credit union products and services to meet member needs, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Issue Resolution: Effectively respond to member inquiries and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Compliance and Audit: Maintain a working knowledge of all audit and compliance regulations, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
Secondary Responsibilities
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • BSA Compliance: Comply with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, as applicable to the position.
