STRATEGIC GROWTH COORDINATOR EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of the managed care landscape, including health plans and healthcare providers.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry standards, regulations, and trends.
  • Proven track record of achieving performance targets.
  • Ability to develop new business opportunities and work collaboratively across all management levels.
  • Advanced knowledge of contracting principles and managed care reimbursement methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in developing business plans driven by data analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to professional ethics.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet organizational performance metrics.
  • Experience in motivating teams and fostering innovation.

STRATEGIC GROWTH COORDINATOR PAY RATE: $66,560-$90K annually
