We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Staff Coordinator to join our team at Parexel. As a Clinical Staff Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective scheduling of clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of clinical staffing schedules to meet the demands of workflow processes.
  • Provide administrative assistance in maintaining study flow sheets and staffing schedules.
  • Assist clinical teams in performing study procedures as needed.
  • Work with study coordinators to identify staff needs for assigned protocols.
  • Assign tasks and clinical procedures to trained research staff.
  • Support the introduction of new technologies and equipment for efficient operations.
  • Participate in fiscal objectives and identify cost reduction opportunities.
  • Exemplify guest and staff relations standards in all activities.
  • Attend study-specific training and staff training on protocols, GCP guidelines, treatment, and participant safety.
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in clinical research coordination.
  • Experience developing and implementing strategies to optimize scheduling efficiency and resource utilization is highly preferred.
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Education: BS/BA preferred.
