About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Jobot. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving growth in an established territory at a leading manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an annual sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Deliver product presentations and training to clients, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to make informed decisions.
  • Manage accounts, track leads, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Provide solutions to customer inquiries and assist in resolving any issues that arise.
  • Generate detailed reports on sales activities, including forecasts and territory analysis.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum of three years of sales experience, preferably within the window and door industry.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and perform product take-offs.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly motivated, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, training, and service management, including occasional overnight stays.
