Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Jobot. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving growth in an established territory at a leading manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute an annual sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Deliver product presentations and training to clients, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to make informed decisions.
- Manage accounts, track leads, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Provide solutions to customer inquiries and assist in resolving any issues that arise.
- Generate detailed reports on sales activities, including forecasts and territory analysis.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
- Minimum of three years of sales experience, preferably within the window and door industry.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and perform product take-offs.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly motivated, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, training, and service management, including occasional overnight stays.
