About the Role

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and collaborating with our Account Managers to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and research potential customers to understand their business needs and educate them on the value of working with Technium.
  • Develop relationships with potential customers through outbound phone calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Align with Account Managers to pursue target prospects and collaborate on a coordinated plan of attack.
  • Attend events and work with key partners to jointly prospect and find new business opportunities.
  • Follow up and chase leads from webinars and email campaigns.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of prior BDR experience.
  • College experience with a minimum of an associate degree and a bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Natural curiosity and a desire to learn, grow, and develop your sales and technology skillset.
  • Ability to develop lasting customer relationships.
  • Dedication and commitment to long-term sales and technology training.
  • Ability to demonstrate resiliency in adverse situations.
