Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative at Technium, you will be responsible for identifying and researching potential customers to understand their business needs and educate them on the value of working with our company. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prospect and identify potential customers through outbound phone calls, email, and social media
* Develop relationships with potential customers and align with Account Managers on target prospects
* Periodically attend events as requested by Manager
* Work with key partners to jointly prospect and find new business
* Follow-up and chase leads from webinars and email campaigns
Requirements:
* 1-3 years of prior BDR experience
* College experience with a minimum of associate degree and bachelor's preferred
* Natural curiosity and a desire to learn, grow, and develop sales and technology skillset
* Ability to develop lasting customer relationships
* Dedication and commitment to long-term sales and technology training
* Ability to demonstrate resiliency in adverse situations
