Role Overview:

We are seeking an individual eager to play a pivotal role in our latest venture. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence our new division significantly. We are looking for someone enthusiastic about customer experience, sales, and product development. This full-time role is based in our headquarters and involves collaboration with an innovative team.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Customer Service:

  • Manage the e-commerce sales process from initiation to completion.
  • Prepare and process products for shipping.
  • Track and report on sales statistics and inventory metrics.
  • Oversee supply management and inventory replenishment.
  • Identify and manage supplier relationships for product sourcing.
  • Handle shipping logistics and resolve issues related to deliveries.
  • Communicate with customers across various platforms.

Merchandising:

  • Develop and maintain the visual presentation of the direct-to-consumer website.
  • Create and manage the merchandising calendar.
  • Own product metadata and optimize site performance.
  • Manage third-party merchandising tools.
  • Analyze competitive trends to enhance the digital experience.

Performance Objectives:

  • Drive sales and impact the overall profitability of the business.
  • Enhance customer experience at every interaction point.
  • Adapt to daily operational functions while adhering to policies.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators for data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing e-commerce platforms and optimizing online presence.
  • Comfortable in a startup environment, adaptable to various roles.
  • Proficient in Google/Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel, WooCommerce, Shopify, and WordPress.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of e-commerce experience.
  • Familiarity with WooCommerce, Square, Shipstation, and Amazon Seller Central.
  • Experience in the beauty or fashion industry is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Prolonged use of computers and phones.
  • On-site presence during scheduled shifts.
