About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Healthcare Coordinator to join our team at PDS Health. As a key member of our dental practice, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with supported dentists to secure financial commitments from patients for treatment.
  • Utilize financial options to support case acceptance and educate patients on treatment choices.
  • Overcome common patient objections and proactively manage dentist schedules to maintain productivity.
  • Support patients in a consultative and educational manner, promoting a Perfect Patient Experience (PPE) and creating Patients for Life (PFL).
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Travel between offices may be required.
  • Prior coursework or on-the-job training in dentistry, insurance, or business is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of office practices, technology applications, and patient insurances.
  • Results-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and maintain confidentiality of patient records.
