Job Overview

J Beverly Hills is on the lookout for a skilled and innovative Brand Marketing Lead to enhance our marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be tasked with crafting and executing effective marketing plans that span both digital and traditional channels to elevate our professional haircare offerings.

Core Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategies:

  • Oversee social media partnerships to create and implement impactful social media strategies.
  • Collaborate with public relations firms to boost brand awareness and credibility.
  • Design and execute email marketing strategies aimed at customer engagement and retention.
  • Manage SMS marketing campaigns to reach our audience effectively.
  • Direct e-commerce sales efforts and formulate digital tactics to enhance online profitability.

Traditional Marketing Efforts:

  • Work alongside product development teams on new product introductions and devise related marketing plans.
  • Coordinate with printing services and in-house graphic teams to maintain brand consistency across all printed materials.
  • Develop and execute print marketing initiatives that complement digital efforts.
  • Organize and engage in promotional events to showcase our brand and products.

Interdepartmental Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the sales department to ensure cohesive marketing and sales strategies.
  • Plan and manage photoshoots and digital campaigns that align with marketing objectives.

Industry Expertise:

  • Apply marketing techniques for both direct consumers and business clients, including wholesalers.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the professional beauty industry, including product lines and salon services, to effectively engage hair professionals and everyday consumers.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, particularly in social media, email marketing, and e-commerce.
  • Strong grasp of traditional marketing principles, especially in print.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities with a knack for multitasking and meeting deadlines.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with robust strategic planning skills.
  • Able to work effectively with various teams and external partners.
  • Experience in the beauty or haircare sector is advantageous.
