Position Summary

The Brand Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for the hotel. This position is responsible for assessing the effectiveness of various marketing initiatives, leading market research activities, and coordinating efforts across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all social media initiatives and platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Utilize social media analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights, to track performance.
  • Possess a strong background in graphic design to create engaging content.
  • Generate, edit, and publish high-quality digital content across diverse channels.
  • Establish an organized archiving system for all marketing materials, including websites, photography, and videos.
  • Draft and distribute press releases for promotional activities.
  • Build and maintain a media contact list tailored to the local market.
  • Foster relationships with local media representatives for future coverage opportunities.
  • Collaborate with hotel department heads to develop promotional strategies for media exposure.
  • Form partnerships with local businesses and cultural organizations for joint marketing efforts.
  • Assist the Director of Sales and Marketing in executing targeted email campaigns for special offers.
  • Maintain and update email distribution lists for marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare and present reports analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and public relations activities.
  • Coordinate with the graphics department to ensure promotional materials are readily available.
  • Develop and implement outlet promotions to enhance revenue.
  • Organize events to elevate the hotel's visibility.
  • Conduct competitive analysis of other hotels, focusing on their market positioning and advertising strategies.
  • Execute marketing and advertising campaigns, including strategic planning and promotional presentations.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in a related field is required.
