Position Overview:

The primary role of the Brand Marketing Coordinator is to enhance sales through effective promotion of our services and to elevate brand recognition by showcasing our company culture. This position is pivotal in supporting and implementing comprehensive branding strategies aimed at driving revenue growth through targeted marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaboration and Special Projects:

  • Work closely with the management team on initiatives that enhance TCI's visibility and reputation.
  • Ensure alignment on marketing programs and performance metrics by collaborating with team members, fostering synergy across departments.
  • Partner with content creators to produce engaging video content, blogs, and social media campaigns, while managing our social media and email outreach.

Website and Digital Marketing:

  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Manage the creation and implementation of advertising initiatives.
  • Contribute to demand generation campaigns to attract leads and drive pipeline growth, ensuring a continuous flow of potential customers.
  • Utilize excellent writing and social media skills to craft compelling content that accurately represents our products and services while promoting TCI's brand online.
  • Maintain and enhance the TCI website to ensure it is informative, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activities.

Marketing Material Development:

  • Create and update promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Admin team to develop marketing resources for the sales department.
  • Present design concepts and recommendations to the marketing team for approval.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with TCI's branding and messaging.

Marketing Events:

  • Plan and execute TCI's participation in trade shows and events.
  • Attend trade shows and events to represent the company.
  • Procure branded items necessary for trade shows and events.
  • Travel to various locations to gather content for marketing materials, including photographs and videos.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Provide regular reports that indicate marketing productivity and growth.
  • Analyze marketing data to assess campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics to enhance conversions and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor expenditures and adjust paid advertising strategies to manage costs while achieving marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance lead quality and optimize the conversion process through CRM software.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
  • Preferred 2 years of prior marketing experience.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Familiarity with business software such as Office 365.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Project management capabilities, including planning, execution, and analysis.
  • Exceptional grammar and writing skills for effective communication.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams.
  • Innovative and creative thinking with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in developing digital marketing campaigns is a significant advantage.
  • High level of business ethics and confidentiality.
