About the Role

Fagron is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Business Development Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Clinic, Ambulatory Surgery Center, and Ophthalmic markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and meet sales targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure effective sales execution and customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives that drive business results.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Fagron's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data and analytics to inform business decisions.
  • Requirements
    • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the Clinic, Ambulatory Surgery Center, and Ophthalmic markets.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify business opportunities.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
    • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales and marketing principles.
    • Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and stakeholders.
