- Oversee all regional marketing efforts to ensure effective merchandising strategies.
- Collaborate with strategic partners to create customized consumer-focused programs that align with our brand goals.
- Negotiate and implement localized marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and sales performance.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize brand presence and profitability.
- Marketing Campaign Development:
- Design and execute marketing campaigns tailored to regional preferences.
- Lead a team of Brand Ambassadors for promotional events and demonstrations.
- Manage budgets allocated for marketing initiatives.
- Establish partnerships with influencers and brands to enhance brand exposure.
- Brand Advocacy & Training:
