Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Representative to join our team at The HEICO Companies LLC. As a Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Austin market.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell Titan Formwork products and services by building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers.
- Support technical sales and on-site service of large multi-family residential, commercial, and institutional projects in the regional market.
- Develop business plans for accounts to meet or exceed sales, marketing, and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Interface with key customer executives in a professional and mutually beneficial partnership.
- Retain and grow revenue, increase account share, and meet sales budget requirements.
- Perform special projects and complete all other duties as assigned or requested to support the organization.
Requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of architectural and structural drawings, estimating, pricing, and supplier contracts.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of five years' experience in forming and shoring.
- Regional travel required.
- Experience in forming and shoring is a plus.
