Job Title: Office Manager
Job Summary:
Swanson Electric LLC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Office Manager to oversee our office operations and provide essential support. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day office activities, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Administration: Manage office operations, including reception duties, phone answering, and general inquiries.
- Accounting Support: Assist with accounting tasks, such as accounts receivables, invoicing, and payroll processing.
- Construction Contracts: Handle records related to construction contracts and ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Computer Skills: Utilize various software and systems for office management, accounting, and communication.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
- Accounting Background: Some experience in accounting is preferred.
- Construction Contracts: Familiarity with construction contract processes is a plus.
- Payroll & Accounts Receivables: Experience with payroll processing and managing accounts receivables.
- Receptionist Skills: Strong skills in customer service and receptionist duties.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with office software and computer systems.
