We are currently looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to Engineering Teams as assigned, coordinating the requirements of your designated office, and overseeing the administrative personnel in your location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to and promote IMEG Standards;
- Assist assigned teams and other departments as necessary;
- Maintain confidentiality regarding project/client, corporate, and employee matters;
- Work with engineering specifications;
- Participate in departmental meetings;
- Exhibit leadership in the administrative role while supervising and guiding administrative staff;
- Collaborate closely with Senior Administrative Assistants for process enhancements;
- Organize meetings, tasks, and travel arrangements as required;
- Ensure the efficient operation of the designated office;
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing Department as directed;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively;
- Capability to work with staff at all levels;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude;
- High level of professionalism;
- Problem-solving skills and initiative when collaborating with the Engineering Team;
- Proven ability to drive process improvements;
- Strong leadership capabilities.
Education and Experience:
- Graduate from an Interpersonal Development education program;
- High School Diploma required;
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred;
- A minimum of six years of experience in an administrative role is required, with familiarity in engineering preferred.
