Currently, we are seeking a driven, career-focused Logistics Manager to enhance our operations. This role is essential for ensuring effective supply chain processes and material readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain IT and autonomous inventory management systems. This includes creating strategies to analyze data, minimize excess inventory, and optimize allowances and spare quantities for all assets. Review and authorize standard and ad hoc reports from logistics-related systems as necessary. Collaborate with senior management to determine optimal approaches for supply chain activities, including requisition, receipt, storage, shipment, and issuance of parts, materials, and equipment essential for IT systems development and operation. Conduct site evaluations to identify challenges and assist in determining necessary IT components for system implementation. Work alongside various stakeholders to utilize advanced commercial items that support comprehensive system development and logistics software installation, enhancing supply chain management processes for procurement, inventory, and distribution. Ensure globally responsive, sustainable, and cost-effective logistics and material readiness, providing coordination for IT delivery for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) between various destinations.

Basic Qualifications:

A minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Management Sciences, or a related field. Alternatively, four (4) years of additional experience is required with a High School diploma; two (2) years of additional experience is required with an Associate's degree. A Master's degree may substitute for two (2) years of experience; a Ph.D. may substitute for four (4) years of experience. At least two (2) years of position-specific experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

A Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Management Sciences, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Project, and/or SharePoint.

Clearance Requirements:

An active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Physical Requirements:

The individual in this role must be able to remain stationary for 50% of the time and occasionally move about the office to access files or communicate with colleagues and management.
