Post Instagram/Facebook stories, 3 reels, 3 brand posts, and 1 engaging poll. Message new followers to build relationships. Create new property posts to attract leads. Develop 3 new brand posts for the page.

**Qualifications:**

• Proven experience in social media management, preferably in real estate or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.

• Proficiency in using social media management tools.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
