Transforming the Back-to-School Experience

At School Family Media, LLC, we're revolutionizing the way educators, families, and communities connect. As a District Outreach Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in promoting our comprehensive supply list management solutions to school districts nationwide. Your mission will be to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and Engage: Reach out to school districts to promote our innovative solutions.
  • Build Relationships: Establish connections with key stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Develop Systems: Create and maintain data management systems that support the customer lifecycle.
  • Implement Retention Strategies: Execute initiatives aimed at enhancing the long-term adoption of our products.
  • Conduct Product Demonstrations: Deliver engaging training sessions to help clients maximize their use of TeacherLists services.
  • Support Marketing Efforts: Collaborate with the marketing team to drive engagement with school leaders.
  • Analyze Metrics: Report on school engagement metrics to identify growth opportunities and enhance conversion rates.
Qualifications:
  • Former or current teachers are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in the K-12 education sector is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, preferably HubSpot, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English; fluency in Spanish a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel overnight (4-6 times per year).
