Crisis Services Clinician Job Summary

Crisis Connections is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Crisis Services Clinician to join our team. As a Crisis Services Clinician, you will be responsible for providing crisis intervention services to individuals in crisis, including assessment, intervention, and referral to community resources. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to individuals in crisis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide crisis intervention services to individuals in crisis, including assessment, intervention, and referral to community resources.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to individuals in crisis.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families to promote recovery and wellness.
  • Collaborate with community agencies and providers to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience working in crisis intervention or a related field.
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
