  • Work in collaboration with Medical Directors, coordinators, and nurse leaders">">
  • Provide care for adult and geriatric patients participating in the Programs">">
  • Manage data related to the programs and provide necessary support">">
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in coordination of required accreditation activities">

  • ">">
  • Minimum of three years of related clinical experience">">
  • Program management or research background preferred">">
  • Experience in Performance Improvement preferred">">
  • State RN License required">">
  • Certification in related area preferred">
