Job Summary
Penn State Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to lead our clinical care team. As a Clinical Care Excellence Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal patient outcomes and delivering high-quality patient care.

About the Role
This role involves providing clinical patient care, reviewing staffing based on patient acuity, and assessing nursing service needs relative to patient requirements. You will serve as a role model for professional nursing practice and work closely with the team to achieve excellence in patient care delivery.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and supervise nursing staff
- Ensure proper staffing levels and schedule adjustments based on patient needs
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to departmental goals

Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment or multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact
- AHA BLS certification prior to the end of the orientation period
