About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Healthcare Professional to join our team as a Stroke Program Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for administering and coordinating all multidisciplinary activities associated with our Stroke program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate team activities to ensure seamless delivery of patient care
  • Manage data related to the program, including chart review and real-time evaluation of response and documentation
  • Provide bedside education to patients and staff, as well as support groups and educational events
Requirements
  • Minimum of three years of related clinical experience
  • State RN License required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Program management or research background preferred
  • Experience in Performance Improvement preferred
  • Certification in related area preferred
