Job Summary

This Operations Security Manager position is responsible for supervising, leading, and coordinating the daily activities of security personnel. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of security personnel.
  • Develop and implement effective security protocols to ensure patient and employee safety.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address potential security risks.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to security incidents and operations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, plus two years of experience in security management or a related field.
  • A valid Pennsylvania driver's license.
  • CPI and MOAB certification within 12 months of hire.
  • Basic Life Support (CPR and AED) certification within six months of hiring.
